Please allow (1) one business day for order processing. Your order will be shipped with tracking via USPS Standard, UPS or DHL. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays.
Refunds will not be accepted once tracking receipts have been issued. We insure orders that are lost or damaged during transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your order(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within 2 weeks.
In rare or unusual circumstances, a manager can approve returns with a 50% fee. To upkeep the highest safety standards, we do not restock any returned items. All returns will be discarded.
